For over 20 years, Laura has helped leaders reach their potential and organizations achieve results through leadership and consultant roles in talent management, organizational effectiveness, L&D, HR, and executive coaching. Her experience includes global Fortune 100 organizations, technology start-ups, and consulting across multiple industries. This breadth of experience enables her to partner with clients for impact.
