Jonathan Passmore

UK-based chartered psychologist. The Professor University of Reading, UK, and University of Évora, Portugal. He holds five degrees including an MBA and a doctorate in occupational psychology.

His doctoral research focused on coaching relationships and coach behaviors and led to the development of the Integrated Coaching model. His current research interests include coaching supervision and ethics, neuroscience of coaching, diversity, coach impact evaluation, and coaching competencies.

Dorna Eriksson Shafiei

Dorna is a business oriented leader and talent management professional with strong understanding of and experience within in the area of talent & learning, successfully linking business strategy with talent strategy to attract, develop and retain talent. In her current position as Group VP Talent Management at Atlas Copco, Dorna is set on the mission to equip and enable leaders with access to best in class talent acquisition and talent development processes and tools in order to become and remain the most attractive industrial company in key markets. A licensed psychologist by education, Dorna has a love for learning and a strong belief in human potential and growth.

Liz Rider

Liz Rider, MSc, BA (Hons), C.Psychol, AfBPS, is the former Global Head of Leadership at Volvo Cars, where she has been responsible for rethinking the way leaders lead. Prior to her role at Volvo she ran her own business where she had clients from around the globe and she worked as an executive coach within many different industries. She is a Coaching Psychologist, a chartered Psychologist and an Associate fellow of the British Psychological Society. She brings a wealth of experience within coaching and brings a pragmatic approach to her work.
